Autocad 2000.Min, if I have a drafting contract, will you draw for me?
I will date and sign OIQ stamp here in Quebec.
How much do you charge me an hour?
My plan is simple:
1- Min, You draw for me, and I will add 2.5% on your salary then I bill my friend Bùi Quang Hiển/ Ngoc Bao Hoang.
2- If I have to stamp, Min my friend is an Ontario mechanical professional engineer will check for me the conformity of Quebec HVAC code 2015 and up. Min be careful, I will review free your check marks.
3- I will charge my time ($35/hr) and I do not add 2.5% on my salary for translating the drawings from English to French, date and stamp OIQ.
4- We will provide final drafting mechanical plans as built.

Lung Le is the owner of an Ontario consulting firm.
He is an Ontario professional electrical engineer.
I am a Quebec professional engineer, I will check the conformity of Quebec Electrical construction code 2015 and up.
1- I can do the Gaz Metropolitain and Hydro Quebec cordination, Bell coordination.
2- I can pay the corrupt government officials to get the mechanical and electrical permits.
3- I can deal with Quebec mafiosi contractors to get the best price and quality for your customers.
4- I can do shop drawings review and project review, for the US drawings and scope of works.
5- We will provide final drafting electrical plans as built.
6- I can go to the court to sue them if they refuse my dated and signed drawings by my friends Lung Le and my CADD electrical technicians and engineers.
